Landing in a country you don't know well compresses a dozen decisions into your first hour: which transportation to accept, how to explain your address, whether the price you were quoted is real, where to buy what you forgot, and who to ask when something goes sideways.
None of it is dramatic. All of it is friction — and friction is what makes an otherwise excellent trip feel uncertain.
We built Arrive Mexico as the thing we wanted on our own first arrivals: a dependable local connection, in English, arranged before departure. Transportation is the entry point, not the whole service. What travelers keep coming back for is having one trusted contact who already knows the answer.
