Settling-In Support · Mexico City

Help getting set up after you move to Mexico City.

Arrive Mexico's Settling-In Support coordinates the practical first steps of a move or long stay — so your new apartment works and you know your neighborhood by the end of the first week.

Who can help an expat settle into Mexico City?

Arrive Mexico helps people relocating to Mexico City with the tasks that usually fill the first days: apartment or hotel check-in coordination, grocery stocking, SIM and phone setup, internet and utilities coordination, local transportation, service-provider coordination, and a local orientation.

Everything is coordinated in English by one contact. Settling-In Support can start with your MEX airport pickup, and it can continue into the Monthly Expat Concierge once you are established.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you help me get set up after I move here?

Yes. Settling-In Support covers apartment or hotel check-in coordination, grocery stocking, SIM/phone setup, internet and utilities coordination, local transportation, service-provider coordination, and local orientation.

Can you help me set up a SIM card, internet, or utilities?

Yes. SIM and phone coordination and internet and utilities coordination are part of Settling-In Support. Arrive Mexico coordinates these in English so setup does not stall on a Spanish-language phone call.

Can you stock my apartment with groceries before or when I arrive?

Yes. Grocery stocking is included in Settling-In Support. Share your address and preferences, and it is coordinated around your arrival.

What happens after the first weeks?

Many people continue with the Monthly Expat Concierge, which provides ongoing support for transportation, errands, appointments, service providers, and everyday logistics.

Can you help with immigration or residency?

We help you connect with appropriate local resources for immigration questions, residency processes, relocation services, and document needs. Arrive Mexico is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and we do not complete government processes on your behalf.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is quoted individually based on scope, schedule, and add-ons such as a grocery or pharmacy stop, return transportation, or concierge help. Arrive Mexico does not publish a rate card. Send your details through the quote form or to hello@arrivemexico.com and you receive a fixed quote, confirmed before anything is booked.
